Corona Capital 2026 will take place from November 20 to 22 at Curva 4 of the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez in Mexico City. Its lineup features Gorillaz, Twenty One Pilots, The Strokes, The xx, James Blake and other artists. Your purchase decision starts with the day and the kind of experience you’re looking for: a three-day pass and a single-day ticket suit different plans.
The Friday, November 20, schedule published by Ticketmaster includes Gorillaz, James Blake, CHVRCHES, Mumford & Sons and The Kooks. This combination lets you build a day around several acts without relying exclusively on the headliner. However, musical tastes do not rule out possible schedule conflicts between stages.
One day versus three: Factor in the time, too
Make a short list of the artists who are really motivating you to go, and check which day they’re performing. If they’re all on one day, that’s a more useful comparison than dividing the cost of a pass by all the names announced. You can’t watch full sets happening at the same time, and a large lineup doesn’t mean you have unlimited time.
For anyone traveling from another city, attending all three days also affects lodging, transportation and the trip home. Comparing those costs along with the final ticket price gives you a more realistic picture of the plan. The official ticketing lineup distinguishes between passes and single-day tickets; check the date and ticket category before paying.
Comfort Pass does not include the Banamex Plus area
The festival offers General Admission, Comfort Pass presented by Banamex, Banamex Plus and Corona 100 Club Pass. The easiest difference to confuse is between Comfort and Plus: the former adds private air-conditioned restrooms in its areas and an exclusive fast entrance, but does not grant access to the Banamex Plus area.
Among the amenities the organizer lists for Plus are a side-stage pit at the main stages, an elevated platform at the main stage and lounge areas. These services can change your comfort or your viewing position; they should not be confused with dressing rooms or opportunities to socialize with artists. The FAQs clarify that there is no official meet-and-greet or backstage access for sale.
Two rules that change your plans for the day
You cannot leave the festival and come back in. So leaving a meal or an essential item outside the venue is no minor detail: once inside, you need to be able to manage your day without going back for it. The organizers also prohibit umbrellas; for rain, the suggested alternative is a rain poncho.
Check the current map and the information on your ticket for the specific entrance. It’s best to agree on a meeting point and your return trip before going in. Once that’s sorted, you can focus on the music: choose full performances and save room to discover an act you haven’t listened to yet.
